I also believe in clear reporting. Dips and wins are annotated with the real causes, whether that's a payment gateway issue, a feed error or a seasonal shift, so decisions are based on evidence.

AI assistants and answer engines are now part of how shoppers discover and compare products. I've expanded my practice into Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), helping brands get cited and recommended inside those answers.
